How to reach us
WhatsApp — 96258 57860. The fastest way, and the one we watch. Send your order number and, if something is wrong, a photograph.
Email — info@fareesta.com. For anything that needs a paper trail: a bill, a complaint, a privacy request, or a seller application.
When we answer
10am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday. Most messages are answered the same day. Anything sent on a Sunday is answered on Monday morning.
If you want to sell here
Tell us what you make and where you are. If it is a fit we will book a visit, usually within five working days. If it is not, we will say so quickly rather than leave you waiting.
Complaints
Anything not settled to your satisfaction goes to the directors directly at info@fareesta.com with the word COMPLAINT in the subject. We answer those ourselves, within seven days, in writing.
Anything here that is unclear, or that you think is unfair — write to us and say so. We would rather change the page than argue about it later.
