Shipping & delivery

Goods are sent by the seller, through a courier, from wherever their unit is. Here is what that costs and how long it takes.

Last updated September 2026

What it costs

  • •₹59 on an order, and nothing at all above ₹999
  • •the charge is shown on the bag screen before you confirm anything
  • •an order from two sellers travels as two parcels, and you are still only charged once

How long

  • •the seller has to accept and pack within 2 working days
  • •3 to 7 working days after that for most addresses in India
  • •longer for the North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar and other remote PIN codes
  • •festivals, strikes and weather delay couriers, and nobody can promise otherwise

Where we deliver

Anywhere in India the courier will go. We do not ship outside India yet. If a PIN code cannot be served we tell you and cancel the order at no cost.

Following the parcel

Every order has a number of the form FO-2026-0001. Open it at fareesta.com/orders with the phone number you ordered with and you will see every step, with the date it happened and the courier’s tracking number once it is out.

Nobody at home

The courier usually tries three times and calls the number on the order first. If it comes back to the seller, we will ask you whether to send it again or refund it. A cash-on-delivery parcel that is refused without a reason may mean we ask for payment up front next time.

If it is lost or arrives broken

Tell us. We take it up with the courier and the seller, and you are refunded or sent a replacement — we do not make you wait for that argument to finish. Photograph the parcel before opening it if it looks damaged; it makes the claim faster, but we will not refuse you for not having done it.

Anything here that is unclear, or that you think is unfair — write to us and say so. We would rather change the page than argue about it later.
