We come and see
your goods ourselves.
Somebody from Fareesta visits your shop or godown, opens the boxes, photographs what is really there, and writes a report a buyer can read. That report is what sells your goods — not an advert, and not a star rating you had to earn over a year.
Registering is free and takes about two minutes. Nothing goes live until we have visited you.
What a ₹2,000 order pays you
Fifteen percent, and we will show you the whole of it. Five goes on the payment gateway, shipping and keeping this running. Ten is ours. There is no listing fee, no monthly fee, no storage fee, no charge for photographs and nothing taken for “promotion”.
The money reaches you once the buyer’s return window has closed — we are not going to pay you for an order that is about to come back. Every rupee of it is shown in your own panel, order by order, with the split printed on the invoice the buyer gets. See it worked out in full →
How it goes
Business name, your name, email, phone. Two minutes, no fee, no documents to upload yet.
Put up four or five products with your own photographs. This is what tells us what to come and look at.
Usually within five working days. We open the boxes, check the goods against your listing, and photograph them where they stand.
Your certificate is issued and the verified badge sits on everything you list. It is yours to use anywhere else too.
Real photographs of real stock.
Not a picture taken off the internet, and not the manufacturer’s catalogue shot. A photograph you took, of the piece you are actually holding. The whole of Fareesta rests on that one rule, and it is the one thing we will send a listing back for.
- Stock you can show us when we come
- Photographs taken by you, on your phone, of the actual piece
- An honest description — size, material, what is wrong with it if something is
- Orders packed and handed to the courier within two working days
- Returns taken back when the buyer is within their rights
- GST number if you have one. If you do not, you can still sell here.
Asked often
No. Registering is free, listing is free, and the visit is free. We take fifteen percent of an order and nothing else — if you never sell anything, you never pay us anything.
After the buyer’s return window closes. Until then it sits in your panel marked as held, with the date it is due.
The payout for that order stops and the stock comes back to you. Your return rate is shown on your seller page only once you have had ten orders, so one bad week does not mark you.
Yes — garments, bags, footwear, perfumes, jewellery, whatever you actually stock. One visit covers your business, not one shelf of it.
Not to register. You will need one before we can pay you on goods that require it, and we will tell you plainly when that applies to what you are selling.
Buyers, on your listings. The ones our inspector takes during the visit are yours as well — use them on your own catalogue or anywhere else you like.
Start with four or five products.
That is enough for us to come and look. Nothing is live, and nothing is owed, until after the visit.
